Flight 01 Prompt Sequence

Prepare an isolated workspace for the approved website mission.

First confirm that the current working tree contains no uncommitted or untracked work that would be accidentally included. Confirm the current branch and its relationship to the repository’s default branch. If the worktree is clean and the baseline is correct, create and switch to a new feature branch named `codex/summit-tech-works`.

Do not change application files, commit, push, merge, or open a pull request. Report the previous branch, new branch, baseline commit, and final Git status. If the worktree is not clean or the baseline is uncertain, stop and explain the issue rather than hiding or discarding anything.
